Founded in 2010 by Jeremy Holland, Bright Star Moving began as a modest moving service with a single truck, a tight-knit crew, and a clear purpose: to provide honest, dependable moving services for people navigating some of life’s biggest transitions.

Key Milestones

2010: The beginning. Local moves only. No advertising, clients came through referrals. Personal, straightforward service.
2010–2015: Team grew to 10 movers, fleet expanded to 3 trucks. Added packing, unpacking, and short-term storage. Invested in better equipment.
2016: Basic insurance introduced for all moves. Climate-controlled storage became available. Full packing service launched: packing materials, labeling, unpacking.
2018: Obtained interstate licenses. Started moves across states including AZ, NV, OR, TX. Improved logistics, route planning, and timing coordination.
2020: COVID-19 response: contactless moving, sanitation protocols, flexible scheduling. Demand increased as people relocated. Operations continued without layoffs.
2022: Digital inventory and tracking system introduced. Boxes labeled with barcodes, clients receive real-time updates. Staff trained in standardized packing and customer service.
2024: Bright Star Moving is not the largest and does not aim to be. Focus remains on consistent quality, reliability, and clear communication. Returning clients prove it works.
